Sacha has a particular interest in restoration ecology and the role that local communities play in natural resource management. He has worked as an ecologist for WWF-Australia, Greening Australia and the South Australian Government and in 2021 won the Ecological Society of Australia Members Service Prize.
Sacha will talk about considerations for land managers/stewards undertaking re-vegetation projects, the importance of monitoring sites with meaningful tools, and how climate change is impacting on re-vegetation of our landscapes.
