Register now **Fast Track your Future Workshops** start next week

At the start of June I sent around an e-mail promoting this next round of leadership workshops which start next week. We really need interested people to register NOW to ensure the workshops go ahead in Hamilton and Colac. There has been a good level of enquiries but we need registrations to ensure we run the day.
This next level is an 8 hour workshop will be held in Hamilton (21 June), Colac (24 June) and Cobden (14 July) and will cover some of the same items as series one but in more detail and include running of meetings, committee roles, negotiation and conflict resolution plus coaching / mentoring . The workshop is free again for people associated with Agribusiness, farming or living in a rural community. See attached flyer for details
It would be great to promote this your colleagues and friends to attend this next series and certainly attend yourself. The best response is when people are tapped on the shoulder and encouraged to attend. Those people you know who have the drive and ability but need some inspiration to improve their leadership / group skills to get the results they want.
Having attended a first series workshop I can guarantee you won’t be disappointed with this next workshop series. Those little things that can mean a lot to your group such as who is chosen to fill a position, seating at a meeting, body language, conflict resolution, mentoring etc see this workshop as a must. The program is dynamic with a good mix of information, activities and discussion. I’m very serious in saying I think these workshops are excellent and everyone will get something out of it. If you don’t have time to go to many training sessions then please find time for this one as learning’s can be applied across all your dealings with any group at work or outside.
